CLAIM OF INSURANCE

Acceptance of Terms

The following terms are created between you and Repair4Sure  ("REPAIR4Sure"). All information appearing on the Repair4Sure Services, including the website and mobile apps, is the property of Repair4Sure. The implied terms are controlled and amended by Repair4sure. THESE TERMS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME, EFFECTIVE UPON POSTING OF THE POLICY.

All users/claimants are hereby notified that any claim against a damaged product during the service must be escalated immediately to the helpline number.

Repair4sure will not accept or process any claim made more than 24 hours after the time of damage.

Please Note: Our Repair4Sure partners will only reimburse claims if the claimant can prove the value of the product with an official document/invoice.

Upon completion of the service or nearing completion, every user is required to examine the product for any signs of damage.

All users must identify any damage while our partner is present. After receiving this information from the user, Repair4Sure will acknowledge it and proceed with further findings.

Processing of a claim will ideally take 4-6 weeks, depending on the issue. However, this is not a final time period as the process may take longer depending on the findings. The settlement of any claim cannot be processed until the person responsible for the damage has paid all invoices related to the service under claim.

The claim amount will be up to Rs. 10,000/- and will be applicable for users who have made payments online only. Insurance cover will be approved only after the service partner's consent. In some cases, we may send our representative to visit the customer and inspect the damage. Based on this, a decision will be taken. This situation must be reported immediately to the customer support helpline number. Beyond immediate action, this claim will be rejected.

If you have availed a service for less than Rs. 10,000/-, you will be eligible for the lesser amount (service paid amount) as compensation against the damaged product. The lesser amount will be considered for the claim.

The insurance claim is applicable against damage to the product during any service. Users cannot claim the cost for a faulty item that was already damaged before the service.

The claim will not be considered if a user has taken up service directly with our Repair4Sure partner without booking through us. Also, if a customer has canceled one service after being assigned a Repair4Sure partner and calls the same person after a couple of days to take up the service without contacting us, the claim cannot be made for any damage in such cases.

In cases where a user has booked a service for one category and availed the service, but on the other hand, has requested our Repair4Sure partner to inspect or deliver a service of another category that they are not registered with us, Repair4Sure will not accept this claim.
